Penrith and Eden Refugee Network is a grassroots network of local people based on the principles of good neighbourliness, promoting a civil society and a desire to express our common humanity.
Its activities include:
- awareness raising
- education and campaigning on global and UK refugee and asylum matters
- welcoming refugees to our local community
- enabling Penrith and Eden to be an inclusive community and to welcome all minority groups and new comers
- fundraising for refugee and asylum related causes.
