Feedback

"Excellent presentation which allowed us as governors to understand the training schools have had. Useful to support our monitoring process...Governors key to this Action plan and trying to see what everyone can do.  The future is our children and the more they are involved, then they are informed and many things can come from that dialogue. Children often come up with perspectives we can miss." - Dorothy Milner, Governor at Cartmel Primary School - December 2025

"We feel like we have loads of ideas and resources to feed into our climate action plan. The delivery was excellent - so clear, helpful and motivating to get going with our climate work in school. Great balance of information as well as time to think about our specific setting and action plan." - Cheryl Leona, Goodly Dale Primary School - November 2025

"We really value our partnership with CDEC and it has done and is doing so much for our school and especially our kids...their support has helped us enrich our curriculum through pupil voice, outdoor learning and global citizenship projects - always with thoughtful guidance and expertise." - Gayle Fennel, St. Michael's Primary School, Bothel - October 2025

"CDEC's Climate Curriculum and Climate Action Planning CPD is excellent. I don't think I'd have been able to got to this point with our plan without this training and attending other opportunities on offer such as the Global and Sustainability Lead Teacher Network. How I share my training and decide on my actions has become a bit more stress free rather than adding something else to the pile and it and it being more and more difficult." - Matthew Tongue, South Walney Junior School - October 2025
